1. Check Your Boxes!

Before diving in, make sure both boxes arrived safely. Check for any signs of damage. If everything looks good, you’re all set! If not, reach out to our customer support, and we’ll help sort it out.

2. Set Up Your Workspace

Choose a soft surface like a blanket, carpet, or the cardboard from the box to protect your furniture while assembling. The process is straightforward and should take only a moment. We hope assembling Luno feels just as simple and satisfying as using it every day.

Step 1: Check Your Parts

Inside the boxes, you will find:

• • 1x frame with cushions per module
  • Connector clips (2x per middle module)

The connector clips should be attached to the frames inside the boxes.

 

Step 2: Unbox carefully

Carefully remove the frame and cushions from the cardboard box. Gently remove any protective foil from the elements.

 

Step 3: Position and pass the straps

Place the cushion face down. Turn the metal frame upside down and place it on top of the cushion. Pass the buckle straps through the designated openings in the metal structure.

We suggest doing this on an elevated surface, such as the product box.

Step 4: Fasten and tighten

Connect the buckles together. Pull each strap tightly to ensure the cushion fits securely and snugly against the frame. 

Step 5: Prepare the connectors

Place the module on the floor. Attach the connector clips to the bottom of the frame (note: these might already be pre-attached for shipping). Rotate the clips so that the open, unattached side extends outwards from the side of the frame, ready to receive the next module.

Step 6: Connect the modules

With the first module in place and the connectors extending outwards, position the second module next to it. Align the frame and simply push it onto the connectors until you hear a secure click. This requires very little force and should slide smoothly into place.

Step 7: Done and Dusted!

Voila! Your Luno outdoor sofa is ready to shine. Handle with care and use soft cloths when cleaning to keep it looking its best.
