Up to 100 Days to Return

Changed your mind? You have a standard 14 days to return your purchase without any reason. But we go the extra mile – for unused, undamaged products in their original and undamaged packaging, you can return them within 100 days. We process refunds within 14 days after your return or claim is reviewed. 


Damaged Products or Packaging

Please inspect your product and its packaging within 14 days of receiving it to ensure nothing was damaged during transit. Check it thoroughly, ideally in the presence of the courier, and document any damages with photos of the product and packaging. Damaged packaging can mean damage inside! Depending on the situation, we’ll either refund part of the cost or replace the damaged items.


Legal Information

Customers who are Consumers, or have consumer rights, can withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery date without giving a reason. To do this, contact us in writing at hello@feum.eu. If you wish to withdraw, reach out to our support team at hello@feum.eu. The withdrawal is effective if the statement is sent by the last day of the 14-day period.

Upon receiving the withdrawal notice via email, we will promptly confirm receipt by sending a confirmation email. A withdrawal notice sent after the 14-day period will not be effective.

Returned goods must be in their original, complete condition without signs of use, unless necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary. If the returned goods are incomplete or show signs of use beyond normal handling, we may refuse the return or reduce the refund accordingly.

The right to withdraw does not apply to:

  • Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Items which, after delivery, are inseparably connected with other items.

Returned goods should be sent back within 14 days of the withdrawal notice to our warehouse, after contacting our support team at hello@feum.eu. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the product.

In case of withdrawal, all payments, including delivery costs (cheapest available), will be refunded promptly, no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice. Refunds for payments made by credit card or electronic transfer will be credited back to the original account, unless you specify otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the item back or you provide proof of return, whichever comes first.
